Workforce Management Associate

As a Talent Supply chain associate, you ensure that every demand has the right people in the right place and at the right time. With a balance of structure and creativity, you simplify processes, optimize talent on the bench, find the right available resources across the organization, and enhance reporting and training to drive operational excellence. This is a role in a constantly changing and fast-paced organization.

You build strong relationships with stakeholders across Romania, translating local needs into innovative, effective staffing solutions. Continue to look for ways to improve and refine our Talent Supply chain process & systems, ensuring smooth execution at every step. Through regular connects, you empower businesses to bring out the best staffing solutions in their accounts—so they can focus on what truly matters: creating meaningful moments for our clients.

  • Lead Romania Talent Supply Chain from strategy to execution, ensuring seamless Talent Supply within the business
  • Optimise TSC processes, reporting, and training materials to improve efficiency.
  • Act as the SME, identifying improvements and supporting country business needs
  • Collaborate with other corporate functions & delivery and local business teams to implement scalable fulfilment solutions.
  • Continuously refine Talent Supply Chain tools, processes, and best practices to drive improvement.
  • Responsible for deployments & placements of associates on the bench and placing them into suitable projects (Bench Management)
  • Responsible for Governing Talent Supply Chain process & guidelines
  • Communication, coordinate information flow/submission to business teams and ensure compliance with TSC policies & procedures and the country guidelines.
  • Advice, influence, challenge and guide team leaders and managers on different aspects of resource management and workforce implications on business decisions

  • Masters / Bachelor’s degree in Human resources or professional experienced equivalent
  • Proven resource management experience in Information technology services & solutions.
  • Experience in workforce management/ Resource Management and working with Workforce management tools is a plus
  • Strong project management, problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • A data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Ability to manage complexity, demonstrate innovative thinking and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in Romanian & English (additional languages are a plus).
