Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager with 12 to 16 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle GenAI and Finance & Accounting. This hybrid role requires excellent project management skills to ensure successful project delivery. The candidate will work in a day shift and no travel is required.


Responsibilities

  • Lead project planning sessions and coordinate resources for project execution
  • Oversee the development and implementation of Oracle GenAI solutions within the Finance & Accounting domain
  • Provide clear direction and support to project teams to ensure alignment with project goals
  • Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely delivery
  • Communicate project status risks and issues to stakeholders and management
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
  • Facilitate effective collaboration between cross-functional teams
  • Manage project budgets and ensure financial targets are met
  • Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Develop and maintain project documentation including project plans status reports and risk logs
  • Conduct regular project reviews and post-implementation evaluations to identify areas for improvement
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project team
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the project lifecycle

    • Qualifications

  • Possess extensive experience in Oracle GenAI implementation and management
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of Finance & Accounting principles and practices
  • Exhibit excellent project management skills including planning execution and monitoring
  • Show proficiency in managing project budgets and financial targets
  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders
  • Display the ability to identify and mitigate project risks
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail and quality standards.

    PMP Certification Oracle Certified Professional
