Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of applications using Power Platform to meet business requirements.
- Oversee the integration of Power Platform solutions with existing systems and data sources.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members on Power Platform best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for new projects.
- Develop and maintain documentation for all Power Platform solutions and processes.
- Ensure the security and compliance of Power Platform applications.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of Power Platform solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power Platform applications.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Power Platform technology.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Mentor junior developers and provide training on Power Platform tools and techniques.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
Qualifications
- Possess strong expertise in Power Platform including Power Apps Power Automate and Power BI.
- Have experience in integrating Power Platform solutions with various data sources and services.
- Demonstrate knowledge of security and compliance best practices for Power Platform.
- Show proficiency in troubleshooting and optimizing Power Platform applications.
- Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Have excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Experience in Cards & Payments domain is a plus.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies is preferred.
- Ability to mentor and guide junior developers.
- Strong documentation skills.
- Commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
