JOB DESCRIPTION :
• Ideal candidate should have excellent CCM development experience with strong interpersonal/communication skills.
• Overall 2 ~ 6 years’ experience in using any CCM Product: Oracle Documaker, OpenText Exstream, HP Exstream, OpenText xPression, MessagePoint, Papyrus, Precisely EngageOne, Pitney Bowes Doc1
• Should be well versed with preparation of the XML data schema and their mapping to business data objects
• Hands on experience with template authoring, recognizing common graphical elements, information blocks, layouts, stylesets, variable data requirements and functional similarity
• Should be well versed in creation of Static Layouts for Print and Responsive Layouts for Web
• Good technical knowledge in creating Simple, Scriptable Batch Config/Template Selector and Output Configurations for post processing
• Experience using SoapUI, writing Windows batch scripts
• Basic knowledge in Java/J2EE, JSON, Web services is added advantage
• Executing the test cases and maintaining good quality deliverable
• Coordinate with on-site team and client to provide suggestion/or resolution of technical issues
• Ensure the adherence of best design and coding standards
• Candidates with respective CCM product certification is a value add
