Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Analyst with 7 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Snowflake BI Validation Business Intelligence & Reporting and Oracle SQL. Experience with Data Models is a plus. This hybrid role requires a strong analytical mindset and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and maintenance of data models to support business intelligence initiatives.
  • Oversee the validation of BI reports to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Design and implement data solutions using Snowflake and Oracle SQL.
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across various data sources.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for data processes and workflows.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of BI systems and reports.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data quality and reporting.
  • Conduct regular reviews of data models and reporting frameworks to ensure they meet business needs.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in business intelligence and data analytics.
  • Train and mentor junior analysts on data analysis and reporting techniques.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of data governance and management practices.

  • Qualifications

  • Must have strong experience in Snowflake BI Validation Business Intelligence & Reporting and Oracle SQL.
  • Nice to have experience in Data Models.
  • Should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Must have the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model.
  • Should have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Should be proactive in identifying and addressing data-related issues.
  • Must have a strong understanding of data governance and management practices.
  • Should be able to work independently and take initiative.
  • Must have experience in documenting data processes and workflows.
  • Should be able to train and mentor junior team members.
  • Must be committed to continuous learning and professional development.
