Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Product Consultant (T) with 12 to 15 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Facets Airflow scheduler (MWAA) and Airflow along with domain expertise in Medicare & Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer. This hybrid role requires a day shift commitment and does not involve travel.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of product solutions using Facets and Airflow technologies.
  • Oversee the development and deployment of workflows using Airflow scheduler (MWAA).
  • Provide technical expertise in Medicare & Medicaid Claims ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for claims processing.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for product configurations and workflows.
  • Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of claims processing systems.
  • Conduct regular system audits to identify and resolve issues promptly.
  • Implement best practices for data management and workflow automation.
  • Monitor system performance and optimize processes for better efficiency.
  • Provide training and support to team members on product functionalities.
  • Participate in project planning and provide estimates for task completion.
  • Ensure seamless integration of product solutions with existing systems.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess strong technical skills in Facets and Airflow scheduler (MWAA).
  • Have extensive experience with Airflow for workflow automation.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Medicare & Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer domains.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Show proficiency in developing and maintaining technical documentation.
  • Have a proven track record of optimizing system performance.
  • Display strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Be adept at training and supporting team members.
  • Have experience in project planning and task estimation.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Possess a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Show a strong understanding of industry standards and compliance requirements.
