Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Product Specialist (T) with 8 to 10 years of experience in Oracle DB Admin and Oracle Cloud Administration. The ideal candidate will have domain expertise in Medicare & Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of technical and domain skills to drive our products success and impact on society.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the administration and management of Oracle databases to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Oversee Oracle Cloud Administration tasks including deployment monitoring and maintenance.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle DB and Oracle Cloud environments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of database solutions.
  • Implement best practices for database security backup and recovery.
  • Analyze and optimize database performance to meet the needs of the business.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for database configurations processes and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to Medicare & Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Provide training and support to team members on Oracle DB and Oracle Cloud Administration.
  • Participate in the design and implementation of new database solutions to support business growth.
  • Monitor and manage database capacity and scalability to meet future demands.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of database management processes and tools.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess strong experience in Oracle DB Admin and Oracle Cloud Administration.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Medicare & Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer domains.
  • Have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Exhibit strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Show proficiency in database security backup and recovery practices.
  • Have a solid understanding of industry standards and regulations.
  • Display the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
  • Possess a proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.
  • Show experience in providing technical support and training to team members.
  • Have a track record of successful database performance optimization.
  • Exhibit the ability to develop and maintain comprehensive documentation.
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage database capacity and scalability effectively.
