Job Title: Associate.Net Architect
Essential Functions:
· Design and develop robust software solutions using .Net Core to meet business requirements.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
· Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
· Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs to maintain code quality.
· Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
· Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
· Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment.
· Develop and maintain technical documentation for reference and reporting.
· Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure continuous improvement.
· Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for new projects.
· Implement security and data protection measures in software solutions.
· Optimize application performance and scalability to handle growing user demands.
· Contribute to the company’s purpose by developing solutions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
An equivalent combination of education and work experience may be taken into consideration in lieu of a degree.
Required Experience:
Associate Architect with 3 to 6 years of experience in .Net Core
Technical Competencies:
· .Net Core
· SQL
· DevOps
· Angular or React
Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position will depend on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
