Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Product Specialist (T) with 2 to 5 years of experience in Varicent Development Testing Reports Data Integration Configuration and Analytics. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Annuities Agency Management and possess strong English language skills. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can contribute to our products success and impact the companys growth.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and configuration of Varicent solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Oversee the testing of Varicent applications to ensure functionality and performance.
  • Provide detailed reports and analytics using Varicent tools to support decision-making.
  • Manage data integration processes to ensure seamless data flow across systems.
  • Configure Varicent applications to align with business needs and objectives.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and insights that can drive business improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Support the implementation of Varicent solutions in the Annuities Agency Management domain.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within Varicent systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Varicent applications and integrations.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on Varicent functionalities.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance.
  • Document processes and best practices for Varicent development and configuration.

    • Qualifications

  • Must have experience in Varicent Development Testing Reports Data Integration Configuration and Analytics.
  • Should have domain expertise in Annuities Agency Management.
  • Must possess strong English language skills (Read/Write Speak).
  • Should have a proactive approach to problem-solving and project management.
  • Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Should have excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
