Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Analyst with 3 to 6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in POMS MES and a strong background in Batch Manufacturing Process. This hybrid role requires a detail-oriented professional who can effectively contribute to our projects and drive impactful results. The position operates during day shifts and does not require travel.


Responsibilities

  • Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes using POMS MES to ensure efficiency and quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret data related to batch manufacturing processes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve production workflows and reduce downtime.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for POMS MES-related issues.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of processes procedures and system configurations.
  • Train and mentor team members on best practices and new technologies related to POMS MES.
  • Participate in project planning and execution to ensure timely delivery of objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
  • Utilize data analysis tools to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ensure seamless integration of POMS MES with other enterprise systems.
  • Stay current with industry trends and advancements to continuously enhance skills and knowledge.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience working with POMS MES.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of batch manufacturing processes.
  • Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Show proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Have experience in process optimization and workflow improvement.
  • Display strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Be detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
  • Show capability to train and mentor team members effectively.
  • Demonstrate ability to document processes and maintain records accurately.
  • Be adaptable to new technologies and industry advancements.
  • Have a proactive approach to identifying and solving issues.
  • Exhibit strong project management skills.
  • Possess a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

  • Certifications Required

    Certified POMS MES Professional Six Sigma Green Belt
