The Role:
Cognizant is seeking Salesforce professionals with 15+ years of Architecture experience in Salesforce Marketing Technology and Data Cloud.
In your first few weeks in this Architect role, you can expect to:
- Define Architecture for Salesforce Data Cloud solution integrating with Salesforce CRM Salesforce Marketing Cloud Commerce Cloud and other clouds like Google Cloud Azure and AWS.
- Present solution architecture and proposals to CxO level executives.
- Work as part of an overall delivery team to produce a stellar customer experience.
- Play a technical lead role in evaluating new business feature requests considering the customers current and future-state marketing technology landscape.
- Ability to define product (e.g. Salesforce Data Cloud Sales Service & Marketing Clouds) and/or marketing technology stacks roadmaps.
- Develop business proposals including effort estimation for Data Cloud and MarTech solutions.
- Present Data Cloud and MarTech capabilities at roadshows and marketing events.
- Mentor Associates and develop skills in the practice.
To apply for this role, your soft skills, expertise and experience should include:
- Experience in architecting implementing and delivering Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud solutions including Journey Builder Email Mobile and Marketing Cloud Personalization Marketing Cloud Intelligence integration with Salesforce CRM.
- Experience in defining patterns for Identity Resolution Rules Segmentation strategies and Calculated Insights
- Proven experience of defining MarTech architecture and strategy covering key areas like customer identity/context data management marketing analytics marketing automation and orchestration decision engines/offer engines/personalization multi-channel activation customer engagement privacy preference management and consent management.
- Experience in auditing and assessing the maturity of a customers Data Cloud and marketing technology stack and able to provide improvement recommendations.
- Experience in designing marketing technology stack transformation roadmaps for scale.
- Experience in Salesforce MarTech stack optimization and consolidation.
- Experience with complex data structures data modelling and databases (typical marketing data and data structures). Ability to provide best practice guidance on data management and integrations (APIs file-drops etc.).
- Demonstrated track record in learning new technologies quickly.
- Experience leading discoveries gathering technical requirements and executing a solution based on system best practices platform limitations and client ability to maintain.
- Excellent communication skills written verbal and interactive when online.
- Knowledge on privacy regulations and compliance requirements
- Certification in Salesforce Data Cloud and AI
