Job Summary

We are seeking a Process Specialist for our B&L team with 5 to 6 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in MS Excel and preferably domain experience in Consumer Lending Cards & Payments. This role is hybrid and requires no travel. The candidate will contribute to optimizing processes and enhancing operational efficiency.


Responsibilities

  • Analyze and evaluate existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Develop and implement process improvement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Utilize MS Excel to create maintain and analyze complex data sets and reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Monitor and track the performance of implemented processes to ensure they meet desired outcomes.
  • Provide training and support to team members on new processes and tools.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in all process improvements.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify potential risks and areas for further enhancement.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for all processes and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on process improvement initiatives.
  • Lead initiatives to streamline workflows and reduce operational costs.
  • Support the development and implementation of new technologies to improve process efficiency.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects to drive innovation and excellence in operations.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess strong technical skills in MS Excel including advanced functions and data analysis.
  • Have experience in Consumer Lending Cards & Payments is a plus.
  • Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Show proficiency in process documentation and reporting.
  • Display a keen attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Show adaptability to a hybrid work model and flexibility in managing tasks.
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to identifying and addressing process inefficiencies.
  • Exhibit a strong understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Possess the ability to train and support team members effectively.
  • Show a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Have a track record of successfully leading process improvement initiatives.

  • Certifications Required

    Certified Business Process Professional (CBPP) or equivalent certification in process improvement.
