Sr. Quality Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Quality Engineer with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Java and Python and domain experience in Finance & Accounting and Hi-Tech. This hybrid role requires proficiency in English and offers a day shift schedule. No travel is required.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of test plans to ensure product quality.
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of automated test scripts using Java and Python.
  • Provide expertise in Finance & Accounting and Hi-Tech domains to ensure relevant test coverage.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes and best practices.
  • Monitor and report on quality metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Participate in requirement analysis to provide input on testability.
  • Mentor junior team members on quality assurance methodologies.
  • Drive the adoption of new testing tools and technologies.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on quality status.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the company by ensuring high-quality product releases.

    • Qualifications

  • Must have strong experience in Java and Python.
  • Must have domain expertise in Finance & Accounting and Hi-Tech.
  • Should have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Must be proficient in English (Read/Write Speak).
  • Should have experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
  • Nice to have knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
  • Should have strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Should have a proactive approach to identifying and addressing quality issues.
  • Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Should have a passion for quality and continuous improvement.
  • Must be able to mentor and guide junior team members.
