Job Summary

As a Jr. Online Analyst - Adv you will be responsible for supporting our online marketing and content strategy initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals with 0 to 1 year of experience in customer service content strategy and online/digital marketing. You will work in a hybrid model with rotational shifts contributing to the companys online presence and customer engagement.


Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing online marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze website traffic and user behavior to provide actionable insights.
  • Support the creation and optimization of digital content to align with marketing goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective online campaigns.
  • Provide excellent customer service through various online channels addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Assist in managing social media accounts including content creation and community engagement.
  • Track and report on the performance of online campaigns providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure all online content adheres to brand guidelines and quality standards.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for online marketing initiatives.
  • Assist in the development of email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
  • Support the maintenance and updating of the company website.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of online marketing processes and strategies.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess a basic understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Have foundational knowledge of content strategy and online/digital marketing.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate insights.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Show proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Display the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Be adaptable to rotational shifts and a hybrid work model.
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and professional development.
  • Show an understanding of social media management and engagement techniques.
  • Possess basic knowledge of SEO and web analytics tools.
  • Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills.
