We are seeking an experienced Architect with 6 to 10 years of experience in Sitecore Core Development and Administration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Energy Supply and Trading and Utilities domains. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of Sitecore and its applications and the ability to work effectively in a day shift. No travel is required.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $100,000 and $135,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of Sitecore-based solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Oversee the administration and maintenance of Sitecore environments to ensure optimal performance.
  • Provide technical expertise in Sitecore Core Development and Administration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Ensure that all Sitecore implementations adhere to best practices and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for Sitecore solutions and processes.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Sitecore implementations.
  • Stay updated with the latest Sitecore features and updates to leverage new functionalities.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Provide training and support to team members on Sitecore-related topics.
  • Participate in project planning and estimation activities.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.

Qualifications

  • Possess strong experience in Sitecore Core Development and Administration.
  • Have a solid understanding of the Energy Supply and Trading and Utilities domains.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Exhibit strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Show proficiency in developing and maintaining technical documentation.
  • Have experience in conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in Sitecore development.
  • Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Display a proactive approach to learning and professional development.
  • Have a track record of delivering high-quality solutions on time.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Possess strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Show commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
