Job summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional for the role of BPO PE Data with 4 to 6 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in MS Office and will work in a hybrid model during day shifts. This role does not require travel. The candidate will play a crucial role in managing and analyzing data to support our business processes.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and analyze data to support business processes and decision-making.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular audits and quality checks.
  • Develop and maintain data reports and dashboards using MS Office tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data requirements.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve business processes.
  • Oversee the implementation of data management best practices and standards.
  • Train and support team members in data management and analysis techniques.
  • Monitor and report on data-related metrics and KPIs.
  • Identify and resolve data-related issues and discrepancies.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
  • Continuously improve data management processes and tools.
  • Support the development and implementation of data governance policies.
  • Communicate data findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

  • Qualifications

  • Proficient in MS Office including Excel Word and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with data management and analysis techniques.
  • Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Experience with data reporting and visualization tools.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and data requirements.
  • Ability to train and support team members in data management techniques.
  • Experience with data governance and compliance.
  • Ability to provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

  • Certifications Required

    Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) or equivalent certification.
