Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Business Solution Architect with 24 to 28 years of experience in Automation Analytics & Insights and Robotics Process Automation tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Telecom and Networks domains. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of technical and domain-specific skills to drive innovative solutions and optimize business processes. The position operates during day shifts with no travel requirements.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of automation solutions to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.
  • Oversee the development and deployment of analytics and insights tools to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Provide expertise in Robotics Process Automation tools to automate repetitive tasks and enhance productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Ensure that all solutions align with industry standards and best practices in the Telecom and Networks domains.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all solutions and processes.
  • Train and mentor team members on the latest technologies and methodologies in automation and analytics.
  • Monitor the performance of implemented solutions and make necessary adjustments to optimize outcomes.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide regular updates on project progress.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the Telecom and Networks sectors.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall effectiveness of business solutions.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team.

  • Qualifications

  • Must have extensive experience in Automation Analytics & Insights and Robotics Process Automation tools.
  • Should possess in-depth knowledge of Telecom and Networks domains.
  • Must have a proven track record of successfully leading complex projects and delivering impactful solutions.
  • Should have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
  • Must be proficient in collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Should have strong communication skills and the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

  • Certifications Required

    Certified Automation Professional (CAP) Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) Telecom Management Certification
