Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager with 12 to 16 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive technical skills in Azure AI M365 Copilot Sharepoint Power Platform and SPFx. Additionally domain expertise in Medical Devices Manufacturing and Supply Chain is mandatory.

Consulting Technology Skills in M365 SharePoint Online Power Platform Copilot Sudio MS Viva SPFX Azure Services
Experience
Good experience in Techno Functional Consultation
Assess business needs identifying best M365 usage practices M365 roadmaps. Developing effective solutions in latest technology trends in M365 Azure services and user adoption
Developing innovative solutions on Gen AI using Copilot Studio and Azure Open AI
Guide customer on M365 feature rollout and application governance
Provide the insights on latest technology trends market trends and suggest solution in customer ecosystem
Bring thought leadership and drive customer towards it.
Technical Solution
Participate in business requirements and functional requirements gathering
Prepare solution architecture and design documents for proposed solution
Participate/Lead design review sessions with various stakeholders to validate design is as per requirements
Support on proposal work estimation solutioning etc
Recommend best practise to the customer and technical team
Good team leader experience in leading the scattered team across multiple location
Able to quickly learn and implement new tools
Certifications Required
PMP or PRINCE2 certification is required.
