Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Functional Lead with 12 to 16 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SiteCore C# .NET ASP.NET SQL Server and AWS admin.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of SiteCore solutions to meet business requirements.
- Oversee the design coding and testing of applications using C# .NET and ASP.NET technologies.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for new projects.
- Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications by conducting thorough testing and debugging.
- Develop and maintain SQL Server databases ensuring data integrity and security.
- Implement best practices for database design optimization and maintenance.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for all developed applications and systems.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide effective technical solutions.
- Monitor and manage project timelines ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the development process.
- Contribute to the overall success of the company by delivering high-quality software solutions that meet business objectives.
Qualifications
- Possess strong technical skills in SiteCore C# .NET ASP.NET SQL Server and SQL.
- Have experience in Auto
- Compliance and Risk and Property & Casualty Insurance is a plus.
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Show the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
- Display a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies.
Benefits:

The annual salary for this position is between $70,000 – $130,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
