Lead Mobile Native App Developer - iOS (Onsite)

Work Authorization

Work Location: San Leandro, CA.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers.
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions.
- Ensure 100% code coverage for line and branch using test automations.
- Implement automation testing using BDD frameworks.
- Collaborate with other technology teams and architects to define and develop scalable design solutions.
- Implement resilient and secure code solutions to enhance customer journey experiences and digital capabilities to automate.
- Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Leverage advanced solving skills to efficiently identify and resolve bottlenecks and bugs.
- Help maintain code quality without sonar issues / vulnerabilities
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of Software Development experience with architecting, designing, and developing iOS mobile applications
- 8+ years of iOS (SwiftUI and Combine) development experience
- 5+ years of mobile solutions engineering experience.
- 5+ years experience in Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0, 2.1 or a combination of both
- Strong experience in design, code, test, debug, and document for projects implementations
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas
- Knowledge and understanding of application and web security
- Knowledge and understanding of technology performance: analysis and tuning for applications.

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $81,337 – $141,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
