Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Software Engineer with 6 to 10 years of experience in React JS and Asset & Wealth Management. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model focusing on developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of React JS and domain expertise in Asset & Wealth Management to drive impactful results.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using React JS.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.
  • Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.
  • Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
  • Help maintain code quality organization and automation.
  • Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality standards.
  • Work closely with product management to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the company remains competitive.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in the Asset & Wealth Management domain.
  • Develop and implement unit tests to ensure code quality.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement user-friendly interfaces.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Have 6 to 10 years of experience in software development with a focus on React JS.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Asset & Wealth Management domain.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Show proficiency in code versioning tools such as Git.
  • Have experience with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.
  • Display excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Be familiar with Agile development methodologies.
  • Have a strong understanding of web development principles.
  • Show ability to work in a hybrid work model.
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and development.
  • Possess strong analytical and debugging skills.
  • Show commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions.
