Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Infra. Technology Specialist with 12 to 16 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MSExchangeAdmin MSExchangeOnlineAdministration Ad-Server and Active Directory Admin. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of infrastructure technology to support and enhance our IT operations. The position operates during the day shift and does not require travel.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee the administration and maintenance of MSExchange environments to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Provide expert support for MSExchangeOnlineAdministration ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
  • Manage and maintain Ad-Server infrastructure ensuring high availability and security.
  • Administer Active Directory including user account management group policies and security settings.
  • Implement and enforce best practices for infrastructure management and security.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and ensure system integrity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement infrastructure solutions that meet business needs.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure processes configurations and procedures.
  • Lead efforts to automate routine tasks and improve operational efficiency.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements and innovations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to the overall success of IT projects by delivering high-quality infrastructure support.

  • Qualifications

  • Must have extensive experience in MSExchangeAdmin demonstrating the ability to manage complex environments.
  • Should possess strong skills in MSExchangeOnlineAdministration ensuring effective cloud-based email solutions.
  • Must have hands-on experience with Ad-Server management ensuring robust and secure operations.
  • Should be proficient in Active Directory Admin including user and group management and security configurations.
  • Nice to have experience with automation tools to streamline infrastructure tasks.
  • Should have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model balancing remote and on-site responsibilities.
  • Should have strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Must be detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Should be proactive in staying updated with the latest technology trends and best practices.
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
  • Should have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results and continuous improvement.
  • Must be able to mentor and guide junior team members fostering a collaborative work environment.

  • Certifications Required

    Microsoft Certified: Exchange Server Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
