Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Architect with 10 to 14 years of experience in .NET to join our dynamic team. Primary Skill: .Net MVC 2+ .Net Framework .Net Core 5+ Microservices Integration Design Patterns DevSecOps APR + R Treatment Strategies Cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP) GenAI: Any Code Companion Secondary: UI (Angular/React)


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of complex software solutions using .NET technologies
  • Oversee the architectural integrity of software systems and ensure alignment with business goals
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
  • Ensure the scalability performance and security of software applications
  • Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices in software development
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for software systems
  • Participate in the evaluation and selection of new technologies and tools
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide technical solutions
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and standards in all technical activities

    • Qualifications

  • Must have extensive experience in .NET technologies and software architecture
  • Should possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
  • Must have excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Should have experience in leading and mentoring development teams
  • Must be proficient in designing scalable and secure software solutions
  • Should have a strong understanding of software development best practices
  • Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model
  • Should have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions
  • Must be able to stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies
  • Should have experience in conducting code reviews and ensuring best practices
  • Must be able to develop and maintain technical documentation
  • Should have experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders and understand their needs.
