Job summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Architect (SM) with 15 to 18 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical knowledge and a proven track record of delivering innovative solutions. This hybrid role requires a strong understanding of architectural principles and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. The Principal Architect will play a key role in shaping the technical direction of our projects


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of complex architectural solutions that meet business requirements and technical standards.
  • Oversee the implementation of architectural frameworks and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope objectives and deliverables.
  • Conduct thorough technical assessments and evaluations to identify potential risks and mitigation strategies.
  • Develop and maintain architectural documentation including design specifications diagrams and guidelines.
  • Ensure the scalability performance and security of architectural solutions.
  • Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to enhance the overall technical capabilities of the organization.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and maintainability.
  • Work closely with product managers to align technical solutions with business goals and customer needs.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between engineering teams and other departments.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Contribute to the development of technical standards and policies to ensure consistency and quality across projects.

  • Demonstrate expertise in designing and implementing scalable high-performance systems.
  • Have a strong background in technical knowledge and experience with relevant technologies.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
  • Show proficiency in creating and maintaining architectural documentation.
  • Display strong leadership and mentorship abilities.
  • Have experience working in a hybrid work model and collaborating with remote teams.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • Show a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Have a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Exhibit a strong understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements.
  • Hold relevant certifications in architecture or related fields.

    Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) AWS Certified Solutions Architect TOGAF Certification
