Responsibilities:
- Implement and customize the Collibra Data Governance Platform based on business requirements.
- Configure and maintain Collibra workflows, data governance processes, and data quality rules.
- Develop integration capabilities between Collibra and various data sources/systems, including on-premises and cloud environments.
- Create and configure Collibra DGC meta-model, assets, relationships, domains, and communities.
- Implement end-to-end metadata, lineage, and data governance solutions.
- Provide production support and resolve system issues.
- Collaborate with business SMEs and project partners to develop requirements for data governance, metadata, and data quality.
- Contribute to the strategic planning and roadmap for data quality, accuracy, and completeness management.
Basic Requirements:
- Overall onsite experience of 10+ years and offshore experience of 5+ years.
- Experience with Meta Data Analytics.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Collibra or similar tools.
- Experience in Azure.
- Nice to have experience with Power BI.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in Azure and database SQLs.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, and Unix.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and take initiative.
- Experience with Scrum and JIRA.
- Proven leadership skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Motivated to learn new technologies and identify process improvements.
This role typically requires a bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
