Job summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager with 10 to 12 years of experience in SAP SD SAP SD Variant Configuration SAP APO - GATP and SAP PP-Variant Configuration. The ideal candidate will manage and oversee complex projects ensuring alignment with business goals and delivering impactful results. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of SAP systems and the ability to drive projects to successful completion.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and implementation of SAP projects ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
  • Oversee project scope goals and deliverables coordinating with stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Provide expertise in SAP SD SAP SD Variant Configuration SAP APO
  • GATP and SAP PP-Variant Configuration to guide project teams.
  • Manage project resources including team members and budgets to ensure efficient and effective project execution.
  • Develop detailed project plans including timelines milestones and deliverables to track progress and ensure timely completion.
  • Communicate project status risks and issues to stakeholders providing regular updates and seeking input as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP solutions with existing systems and processes.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks developing contingency plans to address potential issues and ensure project success.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate project meetings including kick-offs status updates and retrospectives to ensure clear communication and alignment.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancements and implementing best practices.
  • Provide training and support to project team members ensuring they have the knowledge and skills needed to succeed.
  • Evaluate project outcomes capturing lessons learned and sharing insights to inform future projects.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP SD SAP SD Variant Configuration SAP APO
  • GATP and SAP PP-Variant Configuration.
  • Demonstrate strong project management skills including the ability to manage resources timelines and budgets effectively.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Show a proven track record of successfully delivering complex SAP projects on time and within budget.
  • Have a deep understanding of SAP systems and their integration with other business processes.
  • Display strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address project risks and issues proactively.
  • Hold relevant certifications in SAP and project management such as PMP or SAP Certified Application Associate.
