Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Consultant with 9 to 12 years of experience in WealthSuite - Transact and Temenos T24. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Trade support for Private Wealth Management. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of financial products and systems and the ability to work effectively in a day shift. No travel is required.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and customization of WealthSuite
  • Transact and Temenos T24 solutions for clients.
  • Oversee the integration of financial products into existing systems to ensure seamless operations.
  • Provide expert advice on the use of WealthSuite
  • Transact and Temenos T24 to optimize client processes.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of client requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality financial solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all implementations.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions for clients on the use of WealthSuite
  • Transact and Temenos T24.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot system performance to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements in financial technology.
  • Assist clients in resolving complex technical issues related to WealthSuite
  • Transact and Temenos T24.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for implemented solutions.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and methodologies.
  • Document all project activities and client interactions for future reference.

  • Qualifications

  • Must have extensive experience with WealthSuite
  • Transact and Temenos T24.
  • Should have a strong background in Trade support for Private Wealth Management.
  • Must possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Should have the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Must be proficient in conducting client training sessions.
  • Should have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Should have a deep understanding of financial products and systems.
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Should have a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Must be adaptable to changing client needs and industry trends.
  • Should have a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Must be able to document technical processes clearly and concisely.
