Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Client Relationship Manager with 15 to 17 years of experience in Sales Service and Marketing domains. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships ensuring client satisfaction and driving business growth. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of CRM systems and the ability to travel as needed.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Oversee the implementation of CRM strategies to enhance client engagement and retention.
  • Provide expert guidance on sales service and marketing initiatives to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Analyze client feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and execute client communication plans to keep clients informed and engaged.
  • Lead client meetings and presentations to showcase the value of our services.
  • Ensure timely resolution of client issues and concerns to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Monitor and report on client relationship metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client support.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide innovative solutions to clients.
  • Travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all client interactions.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess a deep understanding of CRM systems and their application in sales service and marketing.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills to assess client needs and market trends.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with clients.
  • Show proven ability to manage and resolve client issues promptly.
  • Have a track record of successfully driving business growth through client relationships.
  • Display strong organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
  • Be adaptable and flexible to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
