The Opportunity:
We are looking for an Account Executive (New Business Sales) to join our team in Spain!

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive with 8 to 10 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Business Relationship Management Winzone-Sales forecasting and Account Management Skills. This role requires working from the office during day shifts. The candidate must be a native/bilingual English & Spanish speaker with excellent reading writing and speaking skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Oversee the management of key client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts using Winzone Sales forecasting tools to inform business planning and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs and drive business growth.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand the company´s market presence and increase revenue.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay informed and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Ensure timely and effective resolution of client issues and concerns to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
  • Utilize account management skills to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on account performance and sales activities to senior management.
  • Engage in continuous learning and development to stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages innovation and teamwork.
  • Contribute to the company´s overall purpose by driving business success and positively impacting society.

Qualifications

  • Possess a deep understanding of sales service and marketing domains with a proven track record of success.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
  • Show proficiency in project management and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Have experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving collaborative efforts.
  • Display a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Be adept at using technology and digital tools to enhance service delivery and customer engagement.
