Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Infra Dev Specialist with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various ServiceNow modules including ITSM ITAM HRSD FSM CSM GRC and ITOM. This hybrid role requires strong technical skills and a good understanding of Asset & Wealth Management. The position offers a day shift with no travel requirements.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and customization of ServiceNow modules including ITSM ITAM HRSD FSM CSM GRC and ITOM.
  • Oversee the integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow applications to ensure high availability and performance.
  • Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows business rules and UI policies to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for new ServiceNow features and enhancements.
  • Design and implement ServiceNow dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to business users.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in ServiceNow development and administration.
  • Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to optimize ServiceNow performance.
  • Train and mentor junior team members on ServiceNow best practices and development techniques.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of ServiceNow upgrades and patches.
  • Work closely with the Asset & Wealth Management team to align ServiceNow solutions with business objectives.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of ServiceNow processes and methodologies.
  • Document technical specifications and user guides for ServiceNow solutions.

  • Qualifications

  • Must have strong experience in ServiceNow Strategic Port Mgmt ServiceNow ITSM ServiceNow ITAM ServiceNow HRSD ServiceNow FSM ServiceNow CSM ServiceNow GRC and ServiceNow ITOM.
  • Nice to have experience in Asset & Wealth Management domain.
  • Must have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Must have strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must have a proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
  • Must have a strong attention to detail and quality.
  • Must have the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Must have a good understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
  • Must have experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Must have a strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Must have the ability to adapt to changing business needs and requirements.
  • Must have a passion for delivering high-quality solutions that meet business needs.

  • Certifications Required

    Certified ServiceNow System Administrator ITIL Foundation Certification
