SAP FICO Pleno Analyst

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Analyst with experience in SAP FICO to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and the ability to work in a hybrid model. Experience in Research and Development Manufacturing and Supply Chain is a plus. This role does not require travel and operates during day shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and interpret financial data using SAP FICO to support business decisions.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis to improve business performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance against key performance indicators.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy in financial reporting systems.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for management review.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Conduct variance analysis to identify trends and deviations from financial plans.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on SAP FICO functionalities and best practices.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in SAP FICO and financial regulations.
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives as required to support business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Possess a strong technical background in SAP FICO with 3 to 7 years of experience.
  • Demonstrate expertise in financial analysis budgeting and forecasting.
  • Have experience in Research and Development Manufacturing and Supply Chain domains.
  • Show proficiency in financial reporting and compliance.
  • Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Display excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
  • Be adaptable to a hybrid work model and day shift schedule.
  • Show initiative in identifying and implementing process improvements.
  • Be capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
  • Provide training and support to colleagues as needed.
  • Be committed to continuous learning and professional development.
