Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Analyst with 8 to 12 years of experience in SWIFT MT - MX Conversion Testing and has experience in System Testing and Manual/Automated Testing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SWIFT Message Formats and International Payments. This is a hybrid role with day shifts requiring proficiency in English (Read/Write Speak).
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of automated testing scripts to ensure software quality.
- Oversee system testing processes to identify and resolve defects.
- Provide expertise in manual testing to validate software functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and develop test plans.
- Ensure comprehensive test coverage for all software components.
- Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
- Implement best practices for testing and quality assurance.
- Monitor and maintain test environments to ensure stability.
- Develop and maintain documentation for test processes and procedures.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on testing methodologies.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in testing.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing efficiency.
Qualifications
- Possess strong experience in automated testing tools and frameworks.
- Demonstrate expertise in system testing methodologies and practices.
- Have a solid understanding of manual testing techniques.
- Show proficiency in SWIFT and message formats.
- Exhibit knowledge of international payments processing.
- Display excellent communication skills in English (Read/Write Speak).
- Have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software products.
- Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Have experience in mentoring and guiding junior team members.

Certifications Required
ISTQB Certified Tester Certified Software Test Professional (CSTP)
