Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Quality Engineer with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Javascript Typescript Optional Java Selenium Playwright Cypress Experience in Asset & Wealth Management is a plus. The role is hybrid with day shifts and no travel required.


Responsibilities

Should have minimum 8 plus years of experience in software development environment with emphasis on Functional and Automation testing

Relevant experience in the financial industry

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or similar field or equivalent work experience

Good knowledge of functional testing techniques

5 years of professional experience in ensuring quality of web or mobile applications utilizing modern development tools frameworks and best practices

Working knowledge of JavaScript

Knowledge on automation testing with solid knowledge of tools like Javascript Typescript Optional Java. Tools are Selenium Playwright Cypress

Ability to perform automated API and security testing

Sound knowledge of database and query languages

Strong problem solving and analytical skills

Lead the quality assurance efforts for various projects ensuring high standards of quality and performance

Oversee the development and execution of test plans test cases and test scripts using Cypress JavaScript Java and Selenium

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior quality engineers fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and resolve quality issues ensuring timely delivery of highquality products

Conduct thorough reviews of test results identifying defects and working with development teams to implement effective solutions

Develop and maintain automated test frameworks enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the testing process

Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in quality assurance driving continuous improvement initiatives

Monitor and report on key quality metrics providing insights and recommendations for improvement

Participate in requirement analysis and design reviews ensuring testability and quality considerations are integrated from the start

Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in quality engineering applying new techniques and tools to enhance the testing process

Communicate effectively with stakeholders providing regular updates on quality status and progress

Contribute to the development of quality assurance policies and procedures ensuring consistency and adherence across projects

Support the implementation of Agile methodologies promoting a collaborative and iterative approach to quality assurance


Qualifications

Possess strong technical skills in Cypress JavaScript Java and Selenium with a proven track record of successful quality assurance projects

Have experience in Asset Wealth Management providing valuable domain knowledge to the team

Demonstrate excellent problemsolving and analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex quality issues

Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills fostering effective collaboration with crossfunctional teams

Show a commitment to continuous learning and improvement staying updated with the latest industry trends and best practices

Have a proactive and detailoriented approach ensuring thorough and accurate testing processes

Possess a strong understanding of Agile methodologies promoting a collaborative and iterative approach to quality assurance
