About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Digital BPO Sales Specialist to join our team and contribute to the growth in the AnZ market. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) landscape, across Enterprise and Vertical services, within the Australian and New Zealand markets. This role requires a seasoned hunter with a proven track record of closing new logo deals and managing renewals. The candidate should be proficient in articulating and presenting the art of the possible with Tech and AI-led modern operations, while also being able to challenge the status quo and present client-centric modern BPO solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead sales efforts and drive new business opportunities within the BPO sector in Australia and New Zealand.
- Articulate and present the capabilities and advantages of Tech and AI-led modern operations to potential clients.
- Develop and execute strategies to challenge the status quo, introducing innovative and client-centric BPO solutions.
- Utilize AI-led problem solving to address client needs and enhance service delivery.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and deal closure.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure renewals and identify upsell opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in BPO sales within the Australian/New Zealand market.
- Proven track record of closing new logo deals and managing renewals.
- Strong knowledge of Tech and AI-led modern operations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively.
- Experienced in AI-led problem solving and presenting innovative solutions.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and stakeholders.
