Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr Analyst with 8 to 12 years of experience specializing in Salesforce. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data quality and data governance. This hybrid role requires day shift availability and does not require travel. The Sr Analyst will play a crucial role in enhancing our Salesforce capabilities and ensuring data integrity.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and optimization of Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of Salesforce applications to ensure seamless operations.
  • Provide expert guidance on data quality and data governance best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address data-related issues.
  • Develop and enforce data quality standards and procedures.
  • Monitor data quality metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with governance policies.
  • Design and deliver training programs to educate staff on data quality and governance.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for Salesforce configurations and data governance processes.
  • Analyze business processes and recommend improvements to enhance data quality.
  • Support the integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems.
  • Ensure that all Salesforce-related activities align with the companys strategic goals.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of data management practices.

    • Qualifications

  • Must have extensive experience with Salesforce including implementation and optimization.
  • Should have a strong understanding of data quality principles and best practices.
  • Nice to have experience in data governance and related frameworks.
  • Must possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Should have the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Must be proficient in creating and maintaining documentation.
  • Should have strong communication and training skills.
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Should have a proactive approach to identifying and resolving data issues.
  • Must be familiar with data integration techniques and tools.
  • Should have a strong commitment to maintaining data integrity and compliance.
  • Must be able to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
  • Should have a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.

    • Certifications Required

    Salesforce Certified Administrator Salesforce Certified Data Architecture and Management Designer.
