Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 8 to 10 years of experience specializing in MuleSoft API-Led Connectivity MuleSoft Integration and MuleSoft Application Network. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model during day shifts contributing to the development and integration of advanced solutions that drive organizational success. This role does not require travel.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement MuleSoft API-led connectivity solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Design and integrate MuleSoft applications to ensure seamless data flow across systems.
  • Provide technical expertise in MuleSoft Application Network to optimize performance and scalability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for integration projects.
  • Oversee the development lifecycle ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MuleSoft integrations and applications.
  • Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and consistency.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all integration processes and solutions.
  • Participate in agile development processes contributing to sprint planning and retrospectives.
  • Mentor junior developers providing guidance and support in MuleSoft technologies.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in MuleSoft and integration technologies.
  • Ensure that all solutions comply with security and compliance standards.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development and integration processes.

    • Qualifications

  • Must have extensive experience in MuleSoft API-Led Connectivity demonstrating the ability to develop robust integration solutions.
  • Must have strong expertise in MuleSoft Integration with a proven track record of successful project implementations.
  • Must have proficiency in MuleSoft Application Network ensuring optimal performance and scalability of solutions.
  • Nice to have experience in Program Management providing a broader understanding of project execution and delivery.
  • Nice to have knowledge in Organization Change Management aiding in the smooth transition and adoption of new solutions.
  • Must have excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues.
  • Must have strong communication skills enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Must have the ability to mentor and guide junior developers fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
  • Must have a keen eye for detail ensuring high-quality and consistent code.
  • Must have experience working in an agile development environment contributing to sprint planning and retrospectives.
  • Must have the ability to create and maintain comprehensive documentation for integration processes.
  • Must have a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends.
  • Must have a strong understanding of security and compliance standards in integration solutions.
