Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Process Executive - HC with 3 to 5 years of experience in customer service specifically within the provider and payer domains. This work-from-home position requires a dedicated professional to handle day-to-day operations efficiently during day shifts. The role does not require travel.


Responsibilities

  • Handle customer service inquiries and issues with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Provide support to providers and payers ensuring all queries are resolved promptly.
  • Oversee the processing of claims and ensure accuracy in all transactions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance service quality and efficiency.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in training new team members and provide ongoing support.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Utilize technical skills to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
  • Contribute to team meetings and provide valuable insights for process enhancements.

  • Qualifications

  • Must have 3 to 5 years of experience in customer service within the provider and payer domains.
  • Should possess strong technical skills in handling customer service software and tools.
  • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Should be detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • Must be able to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Should have a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Must be adaptable to changing work environments and requirements.

  • Certifications Required

    Certified Customer Service Professional (CCSP) or equivalent certification in customer service.
