Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Software Engineer with 12 to 15 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SQL Server C# SQL Angular JS Azure JavaScript and .Net Framework. Experience in Investment Banking Operations and Investment Banking & Brokerage is a plus. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of software solutions using SQL Server C# SQL Angular JS Azure JavaScript and .Net Framework
  • Oversee the implementation of robust and scalable applications that meet business requirements
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers to ensure high-quality code and best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical specifications
  • Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications by conducting thorough testing and debugging
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all software development processes and code
  • Implement and enforce coding standards and development methodologies to ensure consistency and maintainability
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the software development process
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and identify potential issues
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and manage project timelines and deliverables
  • Contribute to the overall architecture and design of the software systems to ensure scalability and reliability
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment to drive continuous improvement and excellence

    • Qualifications

  • Must have extensive experience with SQL Server C# SQL Angular JS Azure JavaScript and .Net Framework
  • Should have a strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies
  • Must possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
  • Should have experience in Investment Banking Operations and Investment Banking & Brokerage is a plus
  • Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders
  • Should have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions on time and within budget
