AD/Identity Management Specialist Coordinator
100% Remote - Spain
We are seeking an experienced AD/Identity Management Specialist Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Identity Management and Governance, with a focus on leading technical teams and managing priorities, tasks, and timelines. Experience in the Drilling and Development domain is a plus. This hybrid role operates during the day shift and does not require travel.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the Digital Identity Team composed of 12 professionals across 4 key technologies: AD/EntraID hybrid, PKI/Entrust, PING ID, and CyberArk.
- Supervise daily tasks, workload distribution, and ongoing project activities across the team.
- Report weekly task progress directly to the customer, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of application security protocols to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of digital identity.
- Enforce security policies and procedures related to Identity Management and Governance.
- Provide expert guidance on security best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement security solutions aligned with business needs.
- Monitor and respond to security incidents, ensuring timely resolution and proper documentation.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
Essential:
- Extensive experience leading technical teams and managing project execution.
- Strong background in the deployment, management, and administration of security platforms, Identity Management, and/or IGA.
- Proven ability to manage priorities, timelines, and team coordination in complex environments.
- High level of oral and written English communication skills.
- University degree preferred.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in the evaluation and selection of security products and services.
- Technical support and expertise in security-related projects and initiatives.
- Contribution to the continuous improvement of security processes and practices.
- Strong experience in Identity Management and Governance.
- Experience in the Drilling and Development domain.
