Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 8-12 years of experience in Mulesoft to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and the ability to lead complex integration projects. Experience in Data Quality and Data Governance is a plus. This is a hybrid role with day shifts and no travel required.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of Mulesoft integration solutions to meet business requirements.
- Oversee the implementation of integration projects ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Mulesoft integrations ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of integration solutions ensuring they meet performance and scalability requirements.
- Participate in the evaluation and selection of new tools and technologies to enhance the integration landscape.
- Provide regular status updates to stakeholders ensuring transparency and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with data quality and data governance standards leveraging domain expertise to enhance integration solutions.
Qualifications
- Must have extensive experience with Mulesoft demonstrating strong technical proficiency.
- Should have a solid understanding of integration architecture and best practices.
- Must possess excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Nice to have experience in leading and mentoring technical teams.
- Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
- Should have a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with industry trends.
- Must be detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality solutions.
- Nice to have experience with Agile methodologies.
Certifications Required
Mulesoft Certified Developer Mulesoft Certified Integration Architect
Salary and Other Compensation:
Applications will be accepted until April 30, /2025.
The annual salary for this position is between $130,000 - $150,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
