Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Analyst with 12 to 16 years of experience in DCS. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Manufacturing and Supply Chain domains. This hybrid role requires working during the day shift with no travel required. The Sr. Analyst will play a crucial role in optimizing our systems and processes to drive efficiency and innovation.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the analysis and optimization of DCS systems to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Oversee the integration of DCS with other systems to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
  • Provide technical expertise in DCS to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements in Manufacturing and Supply Chain processes.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for DCS configurations processes and procedures.
  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Monitor system performance and implement necessary upgrades and patches.
  • Train and mentor junior analysts on DCS functionalities and best practices.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Ensure data integrity and security within the DCS environment.
  • Participate in project planning and execution to support business objectives.
  • Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in DCS technology.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess a minimum of 12 years of experience in DCS with a strong technical background.
  • Have domain expertise in Manufacturing and Supply Chain which is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Show proficiency in documenting technical processes and procedures.
  • Display the ability to mentor and train junior team members.
