Job Summary

We are seeking a Consulting Analyst with 8 to 10 years of experience in the Property & Casualty Insurance domain. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model with a day shift schedule. This role involves analyzing data providing insights and supporting our clients in making informed decisions to enhance their business operations.


Responsibilities

  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and insights that can drive business decisions.
  • Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients in the Property & Casualty Insurance domain.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve business processes and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to clients.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Assist in the development of project plans timelines and budgets.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and deliverables.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions for clients to enhance their understanding of industry practices.
  • Support the development of new business opportunities by identifying potential clients and preparing proposals.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Utilize advanced analytical tools and techniques to solve complex business problems.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess a deep understanding of the Property & Casualty Insurance domain with relevant experience.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Show proficiency in using analytical tools and software.
  • Have a proven track record of successful project management.
  • Display the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Be adaptable to changing project requirements and client needs.
  • Hold a relevant certification such as Certified Insurance Data Analyst (CIDA).
