Location: St. Louis, MO/ Dallas, TX – Hybrid 2-3 days in office

Job Description

Role Overview: Reporting to the Head of Healthcare Strategy, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the strategic direction of our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) function within the healthcare division. This role demands a blend of analytical rigor, operational expertise, and hands-on leadership to drive high-impact initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine RCM strategies aligned with business goals and market dynamics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Operations, Delivery, Finance, etc.) to implement and monitor strategic initiatives.
  • Work with strategic partners to conceptualize new, innovative solutions and work with cross functional teams internally to bring them to market.
  • Stay current with industry trends, competitive moves, and regulatory changes to inform and influence strategic planning.
  • Analyze performance metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and propose corrective actions.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership, ensuring alignment and commitment.

Qualifications:

  • MBA required, with at least 2 years of post-MBA experience in strategy or consulting.
  • Proven healthcare industry experience, ideally with exposure to revenue cycle or related operations.
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Must be based in St. Louis, MO or Dallas, TX.
