Process Executive - B&L

Job Summary

We are seeking a Process Executive for our B&L team with 0 to 2 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in MS Excel and a background in Consumer Lending Cards & Payments is a plus. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work both remotely and in-office during day shifts. No travel is required.


Responsibilities

  • Assist in the execution of daily operational tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Utilize MS Excel to analyze data and generate reports.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve process inefficiencies.
  • Provide support in the documentation and maintenance of process guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Monitor and track key performance indicators to measure process effectiveness.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss progress and share insights.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements.
  • Assist in the training of new team members on standard operating procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their requirements.
  • Support the team in achieving project milestones and deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate records of all process-related activities.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance process quality.

  • Qualifications

  • Proficiency in MS Excel is required.
  • Experience in Consumer Lending Cards & Payments is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team is important.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy is crucial.
