Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Product Specialist with 3 to 5 years of experience in IBM Maximo Asset Management. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a keen interest in Industrial Manufacturing. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of both remote and on-site work with no travel required. The position is a day shift role ensuring a balanced work-life schedule.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and configuration of IBM Maximo Asset Management to meet client requirements.
  • Oversee the integration of Maximo with other enterprise systems to ensure seamless operations.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Maximo-related issues to maintain system efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for Maximo configurations and customizations to ensure clarity and consistency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for Maximo enhancements.
  • Conduct user training sessions to ensure effective utilization of Maximo by end-users.
  • Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to optimize Maximo operations.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in asset management.
  • Participate in project planning and execution to deliver solutions on time and within budget.
  • Assist in the development of test plans and perform system testing to ensure quality deliverables.
  • Stay updated with the latest Maximo features and updates to leverage new functionalities.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve asset management processes and practices.
  • Support the development of reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess a strong technical background in IBM Maximo Asset Management with 3 to 5 years of experience.
  • Demonstrate expertise in configuring and customizing Maximo to meet specific business needs.
  • Have experience in troubleshooting and providing technical support for Maximo-related issues.
  • Show proficiency in integrating Maximo with other enterprise systems.
  • Exhibit strong analytical skills to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Have excellent communication skills to conduct user training sessions effectively.
  • Demonstrate the ability to develop and maintain comprehensive documentation.
  • Possess knowledge of industry standards and best practices in asset management.
  • Show experience in project planning and execution.
  • Have the ability to develop test plans and perform system testing.
  • Stay updated with the latest Maximo features and updates.
  • Provide insights to improve asset management processes.
  • Support the development of reports and dashboards for stakeholders.

    IBM Certified Deployment Professional - Maximo Asset Management v7.6
