Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Infra. Architect with 12+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for F&O and a background in Industrial Manufacturing. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects that drive our companys success and positively impact society.

Must Have

  • Minimum 10 –12 years of experience working as D365 F&O SCM Architect in Retail, Manufacturing & Supply Chain domain.
  • Strong knowledge in process implementations, business use case definitions, solution blue printing, process flow diagrams in the respective business domains.
  • Ability to analyse and effectively solution business and technical problems.
  • Good analytical skill and communication proficiency.
  • Participate in end-to-end implementation of Dynamics 365 F&O for manufacturing processes / Application Support & Maintenance experience.
  • Collaborate with project teams to gather requirements and design solutions.
  • Provide expertise in warehouse management and MRP functionalities.
  • Support the client in optimizing manufacturing processes using D365 F&O.
  • Assist in training and guiding users on the new system functionalities Requirements.
  • End-to-end implementation experience on Dynamics 365 F&O.
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably in process manufacturing.

Should Have

  • Authored implementation / application support specific documentations, Whitepapers on industry solutions / accelerators / thought leadership.
  • Experience with integration solution using middleware.
  • Industry Experience is plus.
  • Exposure in Big 4, Global Consulting firms is plus.
  • SQL Knowledge and common technical base knowledge is a plus.
  • Experience in Microsoft Dynamics ERP, Power Platforms & modernization applications is a plus.
  • Experience in industry solutions / accelerators development / automations/ innovative solutions lifecycle leveraging ERP Applications.

Salary and Other Compensation:

This role is accepting application through 5/10/2025

The annual salary for this position is between $79,000-$133,000 USD depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and is subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
