Job Summary

We are seeking a Process Specialist-CDM/PV with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Generative AI and a background in Research and Development or PV Case Processing. This hybrid role requires working during the day shift and does not involve travel.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of Generative AI solutions to enhance CDM/PV processes
  • Oversee the integration of AI technologies into existing workflows to improve efficiency
  • Provide technical expertise in Generative AI to support various projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of AI solutions
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI systems to ensure optimal functionality
  • Develop and maintain documentation for AI processes and systems
  • Train team members on the use of AI tools and technologies
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards in all AI-related activities
  • Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement in AI processes
  • Support the development of new AI-driven methodologies for CDM/PV
  • Analyze data to identify trends and insights that can inform decision-making
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in Generative AI and related technologies

  • Possess a strong background in Generative AI with practical experience
  • Demonstrate expertise in Research and Development or PV Case Processing
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Show proficiency in integrating AI technologies into existing systems
  • Have strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Display a commitment to continuous learning and professional development
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Certifications Required

    Certified AI Practitioner (CAIP) Certified Clinical Data Manager (CCDM)
