Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Product Specialist (T) with 4 to 7 years of experience in Microservices and Java Webservices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Property & Casualty Insurance. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of technical and domain skills to drive product success and innovation.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of Microservices and Java Webservices to enhance product functionality and performance.
  • Oversee the integration of new technologies and solutions within the Property & Casualty Insurance domain.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all technical processes and product features.
  • Conduct regular code reviews to ensure code quality performance and security standards are met.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues ensuring minimal disruption to product operations.
  • Participate in agile development processes including sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Monitor and evaluate product performance identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in Microservices and Java Webservices to drive innovation.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards within the Property & Casualty Insurance domain.
  • Contribute to the overall product strategy and roadmap aligning technical solutions with business goals.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess strong experience in developing and implementing Microservices and Java Webservices.
  • Have a solid understanding of the Property & Casualty Insurance domain and its technical requirements.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Show proficiency in agile development methodologies and practices.
  • Have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality products.
  • Display a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with industry trends and technologies.
