Job Summary

We are seeking a Developer with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SFDC Configuration and a strong background in Computational Biology. This role is based in our office and operates during day shifts. The candidate will contribute to innovative projects that drive our companys mission and impact society positively.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and configure SFDC solutions to meet business requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements
  • Implement best practices in SFDC Configuration to ensure optimal performance
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SFDC-related issues
  • Create and maintain documentation for SFDC configurations and processes
  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and security
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers
  • Stay updated with the latest SFDC features and updates to leverage new functionalities
  • Work closely with the Computational Biology team to integrate SFDC solutions with biological data
  • Develop custom reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision making
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies
  • Provide training and support to end-users on SFDC functionalities

    • Qualifications

  • Must have 2 to 4 years of experience in SFDC Configuration
  • Must have a strong background in Computational Biology
  • Should have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Should have experience in developing custom reports and dashboards
  • Should have strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Nice to have experience with other CRM platforms
  • Nice to have knowledge of data integration techniques
  • Nice to have experience in Agile development methodologies
  • Nice to have certifications in SFDC or related technologies
  • Should be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Should have a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with industry trends
  • Should be able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Should have a passion for leveraging technology to solve complex problems.
