Job Summary

We are seeking a Developer with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SFDC Configuration and a strong background in Structural Biology & Modelling. This role requires working from the office during day shifts. The candidate will contribute to the companys projects ensuring high-quality deliverables that impact our mission positively.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and configure SFDC applications to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Provide technical solutions and ensure they align with industry standards.
  • Implement best practices in SFDC Configuration to optimize performance.
  • Conduct thorough testing and debugging of SFDC applications.
  • Maintain documentation for all configurations and customizations.
  • Support end-users by troubleshooting and resolving SFDC-related issues.
  • Ensure data integrity and security within the SFDC platform.
  • Stay updated with the latest SFDC features and updates.
  • Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and standards.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.
  • Work closely with the Structural Biology & Modelling team to integrate SFDC solutions.
  • Deliver high-quality work that supports the companys goals and enhances societal impact.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess a strong understanding of SFDC Configuration with hands-on experience.
  • Have a solid background in Structural Biology & Modelling.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Show proficiency in debugging and troubleshooting SFDC applications.
  • Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Display a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
  • Be detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
  • Understand data integrity and security best practices.
  • Stay current with industry trends and SFDC updates.
  • Be proactive in identifying and addressing potential issues.
  • Have experience in documenting technical processes and solutions.
  • Show a passion for contributing to projects that have a positive societal impact.

    • Certifications Required

    Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
